Electricity wires hanging over an ally of Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp in Southern Lebanon. Electricity within Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon is often self-constructed by residents of the camp, hanging wires also present danger to residents of the camp, due to the possibility of electrocution especially during Lebanon’s rainy season in winter.
