Montreal Picket against the Israeli Apartheid Wall (February 18, 2006)

Montreal residents gathered in downtown Montreal, during a -30 degree celsius windchill, to picket against Israel's Apartheid Wall in Palestine. The picket by the International Solidarity Movement (ISM) in Montreal, was part of Israeli Apartheid Week, organized by Soldiarity For Palestinian Human Rights (SPHR) at Concordia and McGill. Since 2005, ISM-Montreal, in collaboration with allies in SPHR, the Coalition Against the Deportation of Palestinian Refugees, and other solidarity groups, have organized a half-dozen pickest on Montreal's streets, to raise awareness about the Apartheid Wall.
