In February 2005 CKUT Radio in Montreal hosted the national Homelessness Marathon, which starts at sunset and runs all night long until sunrise. CKUT Radio’s Homelessness Marathon is a 14 hour national radio broadcast carried by multiple campus / community radio stations across Canada. In this picture is a banner hanging on the street outside of Montreal’s Native Friendship Center on the corner of St. Laurent & Ontario.
